Simple Terms

• We provide small-group and 1-to-1 tutoring, in-centre and online. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
• Under 18s must be enrolled by a parent/guardian. Placements and teacher substitutions may occur to keep timetables running.
• Please tell us in advance if you cannot attend. If the centre cancels, we offer a reschedule or credit.
• Fees are as advertised. Payment is per session or by subscription. Delivered services are non‑refundable; late payment may pause lessons.
• Respectful behaviour and safety come first. We follow UK safeguarding practices and may remove a student if behaviour risks others.
